and MinnesotaCare health benefits in resolving service related problems, to ensure that medically appropriate services are provided.

Small Business Environmental Ombudsman

Works closely with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency's programs and other assistance providers to
help small businesses understand environmental regulations.

Minnesota Department of Transportation

- The Mn/DOT Ombudsman deals with complaints about transportation issues
that people have been unable to resolve through other channels.
- The Ombudsman is an independent, neutral and informal official who will
do fact finding on complaints and assist in finding solutions.
